Private Health Insurance
The rebate from your health insurance is dependent on what your particular insurer provides as part
of your plan. We will process your health insurance rebate on the spot via the HICAPS terminal, then
charge a gap fee if required.
If you would like to know in advance how much the gap fee will amount to, please contact your
health insurer directly for a quote.

TAC
Patients who have a TAC Approved claim number will be billed the full relevant consultation fee.
Once paid in full, the fee can then be claimed directly from the TAC.

DVA
Patients who have a DVA gold or white card are eligible for fully funded treatment with no out of
pocket cost.

Workcover
Patients who have a Workcover Approved claim number will be billed the full relevant consultation
fee. Once paid in full, the fee can then be claimed directly from the relevant Workcover agency.
